I didnt like the fact that this agency tied their compensation to the donor fee (agency fee plus 10% of the donor fee) With that kind of structure they have no incentive to keep a donor's fees reasonble. Also, I thought the donor screening fees were high (around $300 for a CD3 FSH/E2). Also, its the owner's law firm that you are referred to. In talking with this agency last summer, I got the impression the donors are not screened for psychological suitabilty before they are put on the website.

You are correct. What you see on the site profile is all the agency sees before putting you on the website. However, i guess this is true of all agencies (i.e. they don't do a psych consult until some IPs are willing to pay for it, which is quite different from clinic donor pools).
