I'm sorry those others had such a bad experience because we had a wonderful one! From the first contact with Mario, to his staff, Paula and Tracy, everyone was helpful and really guided us through the process and made it a pleasure to work with them. It is not easy going down this path, but with their expertise we were finally able to achieve our dream and we are now pregnantt!!!!!!!
