This is my second cycle with FA Inc. Dawn is wonderful. I had a very positive experience with my first cycle, and am thrilled to be working with her again. Dawn takes great pride in her work, and has a vast amount of experience. I always found her to be responsive and available. It was clear to me that she cares deeply about both her donors and the recipients.
