I decided not to work with them - they made a fuss out of finding the right donor for me, but donors they suggested really were not good fits at all. Seems they have a set of donors they might push on all their clients from what I've heard from other message boards, which worries me. Anyway, found a donor on my own and am doing a private donation, which was the best way to go.
