my experience with this agency was not as positive as the other posts. They charge a $500 fee if you are out of state (which most people are), They charge 10% of fee you pay to the donor, they charge 10% of the donor's travel expenses (as if they were a travel agency). None of these things are negotiable!
In the beginning, the customer service was very, very good. They were very responsive. Once we signed they're contrace however, things started to take a turn for the worse.
They did not follow up with our donor while she was stimulating and could not confirm her status.
Most importantly, our donor cycle turned out to be horrible. Since we used a proven donor with great success we did not expect to come out of this with entirely poor results (no viable embryos). It was very possible that the donor did not do take her HCG properly since she had 33 follicles and netted such poor results.
The agency however refused to work with us to investigate the matter further. They refused to ask the donor any questions. They gave the donor her money and told us there was nothing we can do or proove. Most importantly, in my opionion, the donor is too risky to be kept in the program, but that didn't seem to concern them either.
BEWARE.......
We never received any accounting for the donor expenses or any refund on the $4,000 we put in the expense account. My husband is preparing to take action against this agency. A lot of heartache--and no support from this agency at all!
