My family is a mix of northern and southern Ireland. I am fair skinned, blue eyes, blond hair. I am 5'8 and about 120-125 pounds. I was a swimmer and have the typical swimmer's body: long torso, long legs, long arms, long neck. I have a very desirable family health history. I am 29.
Background: I had diverse interests in school. I began college as a Physics major but later changed to Industrial Psychology. However, I was also an assistant editor of the school's literary journal and have had many poems published. I have a graduate degree in Psychology and I am in a PhD program. I have an IQ in the 99th percentile and skipped three grades as a child. I began swimming at 9 years and continued at college. I always wanted to go to the Olympics, but chose a demanding academic track instead and had to leave my gold medal glory behind. These days you can find me at the YMCA still racing the clock. I volunteer for a dog rescue organization. I read mostly poetry and non-fiction and I'm always reading something totally dorky, like the History of Underwater Basket Weaving or the Technical Manual for my vacuum cleaner. Just kidding (but, it's close...). I'm currently reading a biography of Jane Austen and a book by Bertrand Russell. But a lot of my reading material is work related. Although I feel proud of my academic and professional achievements, I'm most proud about the poetry and short fiction I've had published.
