I'm sure there are some that had good experiences with CNG but unfortunately I was not one of them. Problems ranged from lack of responsiveness returning phone calls, dishonesty regarding availablity of donor, disclosure of donor personal info (made me wonder if my info was also disclosed to donor in error), billing issues...it was a nightmare. While I do understand that things don't always go smoothly 100% of the time, too many things going haywire is definately cause for concern. My RE donor coordinator suggested I look elsewhere for a donor and I did.

I am currently using CNG and my clinic recommend them...
I think they are on top of things and are great to work with!!
