I contacted them for a Donor that caught my eye. They were responsive getting me their completely one-sided contract, but then stopped responding to me when I told them I would not pay their outrageous fee upfront until they could assure me the Donor I was interested in was available and also answered some questions I had about her medical history, etc. I did research and found so many people, including donors themselves, posting negative things about this agency, I steered clear!
