We were told they were really great. But it actually took some work and waiting to hear back from them with a passord to their database. Then, the database is pretty small. Maybe 40 donors total, if that. Many of them are listed as \"on hold\". They state that anyone could put a 3-4 day hold on a donor. Well, over a period of about a month, we kept checking 2 donors we were intereseted in, and they never came off hold. We asked the agency about this several times, and they promised they'd let us know what was going on, but they never did. Also, we couldn't access the donor profiles. It was some sort of computer glitch. So if we wanted to see a profile, we had to call or email their office, and they would email us the file. The process often took several days. I don't understand why they couldn't fix the glitch. So in the end, we didn't find a donor that was actually available. So I can't comment on what it's like to work with them as an agency. (Except for the fact that they were a bit slow to return any calls, which could get very frustrating if you were actually in cycle with a donor).
