We chose a donor from Giving Hope. Overall, the experience was a good one. Everyone we worked with was professional, helpful, and thorough. There are a lot of details to be worked out when working with a donor and the people at Giving Hope were always on top of everything. The only complaint we have is that they gave us our donor's first name. We would have preferred not to know her first name so that she would truly be anonymous. We didn't know they were going to tell us her name, otherwise we would have asked them not to. Other than that, our experience was very good.
