Hello my name is Tamara and I am a proud mother of 5 beautiful healthy children,and now that I have been lucky enough to complete my family I would love the chance to help others who arent as fortunate. I have 4 boys(13 yrs.old,12,8,and 18 mths.,and I have 1 girl age 30 mths.). I am German/Irish,light skin,green/blue eyes(change color depending on what I wear),long thick dark hair,I am 5'5 and weigh 130 lbs,I have dimples and very nice clear skin. I have a BA degree in Administration Management with a GPA of 3.6. I am very intelligent with a wonderful sense of humor! I have a very healthy family history and have no health problems what so ever. I have perfect vision,good teeth (just got my 1st cavity a month ago,which I think is pretty good for being 31)!
