I like that you can walk in the door and meet with Nancy, the owner and see profiles right away without paying any fees or signing any contracts. They do show all of the donors to all IP's so you aren't the only ones looking at the profiles. We took a week to choose and by then, our top 3 had been picked by others.
The next batch we understood the process and chose in 2 days and were matched with our first choice. She ended up being irresponsible and they were great about my cancelling with her. I did have to pay for the new donor's legal fees and they weren't as enthusiastic about spending time with me perusing more profiles but I ended up with a 3x proven donor.
From my experience, there is no difference in fees for any donor's regardless of number of donations or specific traits. The donor compensation was 7K for all donor's so I don't know what the other poster was referring to. I also asked for the dates of my donors previous cycles and was readily given that information.
I would use them again.
