I can't say enough good things about this agency. Quite frankly, they are the only agency I've worked with where I can say they behaved professionally. They are 1) responsive in a timely manner 2) professional and pleasant 3) Not pushy or demanding with their fees and 4) . the needs of the donor and the recipient well. They just redid their website, which made things a lot easier (before it was hard to get user-friendly info). I would totally recommend them. They have donors across the country, although I think (no proof) that probably more than 50% are in the west / northwest. Just a feeling I got.

Totally agree. Although I ended up going with a donor at a different agency, the were very helpful and provided me with additional information for a donor. I thought they were both professional and compassionate.
