Great pre-screened donors!!! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND

I would HIGHLY reccommend this agency! The donors are pre-screened and have a very high success rate! We used an unproven donor and were successful the first time with lots of frozen embies! :D I have referred lots of friends there - all have been successful on first try with PCRM

It's a nice agency -- they have a new director Maggie Alee. They are indeed owned by PCRM.

Much better with new director

I had issues with the agency before the new director took over - -not returning calls or e-mails, and getting \"too personal\" ...not very professional! The new director is FABULOUS, and I have always found the support staff to be very professional as well! Keep your fingers crossed for us!

It would take a lot for them to improve

I worked with them with the first director for a while and dropped them for a few reasons. I felt the director was very touchy feely nice, \"too personal\" someone else said, but not very responsive to emails and phone calls. Twice she sent me profiles that were not the one I had emailed a request for, then after several more emails would say that she must have misunderstood (the number in my email) but the donor I wanted was no longer available. She really had it out for some other agencies, and while her character judgement might have been accurate, I found her public actions about other agencies squeamishly unprofessional. I could never separate out PCRM the clinic from the donor agency. I felt like they were really heavy marketing and push push pushing to get a deposit. The donor contracts were not up-to-date so were either purposefully or carelessly deceptive, and the donor coordinator was extraordinarily over the top incompetant. They were all a little to slick and unprofessional. Interestingly they strive so hard for the opposite impression it took me ages to get it, we lost time and money in the process, but glad to be done with them.

former director

I agree about the former director - VERY inprofessional, and too personal. She also moderates a few DE Boards, and gives out WRONG information on them, as well as bashing other Boards. BEWARE of joining Boards where she is moderator! I couldn't stand working with her and ended up at CCRM, although I really liked Dr. Matteri ar PCRM- - I just couldn't deal with her!
