We just completed a cycle with Tiny Treasures and were very happy with their work. We loved our cycle coordinator (who has her own infertility history and really got what it was like to be in our shoes), they knew what they were doing, and we really felt taken care of. We have worked with two other agencies, one of which was also in MA, and both of which we had really bad experiences with. We would work with Tiny Treasures again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them if you want good service from an agency whose staff seems to care more about you than your money.
