I know that not everyone will have the same experience, but I use CNG (Andrea) and love her. I had previously used Tiny Treasures for a cycle that wound up cancelled. All they were interested in was their fee and when our donor's Day 3 bloodwork came back with an FSH of 14, they even tried to talk me into going ahead with the cycle (and withdrawing my consent if stim went bad). No coincidence that their full fee locks in when stims start? I thought their attitude was horrible for both IP and donor. Also, had to CHASE them for my refund of almost $13,000.
In comparison, I think CNG is great. We had a BFN and the cycle itself was pretty bad, but that wasn't Andrea's fault. In fact, I'm not sure I would have gotten through the horrible experience without her support. I feel she really cares about both her IP and donors. I'm sure it is a hard line to walk, between the two parties, and I feel she does it with grace and compassion.
After Tiny Treasures and before we found CNG, I had the occassion to talk to (or try to talk to) several agencies. Some never called or emailed back, some won't even talk to you without a hefty deposit up front. I've told Andrea on more than one occassion that she probably winds up making about $1/hr after all the time she puts into coordinating the cycles and really holding the hands of the donor and IP.
I know that once you have a bad experience, it's hard to see anything else. I feel that way about Tiny Treasures and I'm sure there are lots of people out there who love them. Just my 2 cents....
