They have been up and down. Originally they were very good, with good service and price.
A couple years ago, they went through some sort of restructuring, and their service got terrible. I remember a shouting match with a pharmacist on the phone, when I asked him how many needles came in a particular kit, and he wouldn't tell me, just \"enough\" and back and forth, getting more and more upset.
They also changed around their shipping a while ago, changed shipping carriers. That was a fiasco, with packages not delivered. Now they seem to have stabilized, although they switched back and forth so I can't remember which carrier they used. It is so hard to have to wait at home for most of a day just to get a shipment, if you can't receive it at work (my packages get opened for me).
Lately, they have seemed better. They sent me the wrong progesterone, but they replaced it right away. I just had a very good conversation with a pharmacist when I had new questions (you'd think after 4 years I would have asked them all, but something new came up).
So I continue to use them. I would give them a solid B+ because of the problems in the past couple of years. I sincerely hope I won't be using them for 4 more years because that will mean I'm still doing IVF/DE.
