Hi,
I'm a graduate student in Rhode Island and am considering donating for the first time.
The good:
Brains:
1510 SAT's, BA from a top liberal arts college, MA and soon-to-be PhD from an Ivy League school. I'm willing to take an IQ test if you want.
Body:
Overall excellent health. I was a swimmer growing up and am pretty athletic. I'm 5'10.5\", and my weight is normally around 140-145. Slim but fairly muscular build. I got pregnant once (accidental and aborted) when I was 22, so presumably it's possible.
The neutral (good if you like this sort of thing):
German (3/4) - Scottish (1/8) - Swedish (1/8) heritage, probably with a dash of Irish.
Natural blond, dark grey/blue eyes.
Humanities person; I study arts, literature, history. There are also a lot of science brains in the family though; my father and sister are biology people.
The not-so-good:
There's substance abuse (mother, maternal grandmother, paternal grandfather) and depression (me - I had a bout two years ago when I moved to a foreign country; went on anti-depressants for a few months and am fine now -, maternal great-grandfather) in my family. I will NOT donate if the father has either of these problems.
Also my maternal grandfather died of a heart attack when he was in his 60's, so there's some history of heart problems. On the other hand he also smoked three packs a day and refused to go to the doctor.
The rest of my grandparents are alive and in their late 70's, with no major health problems.
If this sounds interesting to you and you're prepared to provide substantial compensation, send me a message and we'll talk.
