I called PF and they sounded really good but there was no follow up! I've never had that kind of poor customer service. Why would I choose an agency that can't even return a phone call. Customer Service is key...my best piece of advice to Amy and her team is to do what you say you are going to do or at least call and give status updates. I'm definitely moving on. [/i]
