My first donation cycle was through TT and I had a decent experience. My donor coordinator was very helpful and always available during my cycle. After my cycle was over, I received several bills from my local hospital for monitoring costs and when I spoke to my coordinator at TT, it took several months to resolve. I don't know if this was due to TT or the hospital, so I don't want to make assumptions about who dropped the ball. Ultimately, the issue was resolved, but many of the issues that were part of my donor contract were not honored even after I attempted to contact TT many times. Thankfully, the outstanding issues weren't detrimental to my health. Overall, I probably would work with TT again even though this was not my best agency experience.
