I used AC and at first I wasn't happy. They had an employee who did not do her job at all. She failed to call the clinic and the donor I choose. I was ready to leave, but she was fired and the young lady who took over my case was just wonderful. She called to make sure everything was okay every week and my donor was just perfect. So even though it started out shaky, the agency did come through for me in the end.
They also sent me a gift after my donor completed her cycle. I thought it was so nice of them to do so.
