After a long search, my wife and I found a donor at Growing Generations that we liked. We worked with Carrie throughout most of the donation process. She was responsive and professional. We also worked with Erica who is the VP. Unfortunately, on the day of the retrieval, we discovered that the donor did not respond to the medication and we couldn't use her. We immediately pulled out the agreement to see what it said about our situation. Based on what I read, it appeared that the donor would get $750 for her troubles and we would get a refund for the agency fee. When I contacted Erica she claimed that I was misinterpreting the agreement. We discussed it for 20-30 minutes, but in the end she claimed I was wrong...despite the fact that she told me she could see how I interpreted the agreement the way I did. Based on the situation, I feel she could have offered me a partial refund at the very least.
Overall, a good agency. But I wasn't happy with the way they handled the agreement issue.
