There were several staffing changes early in my dealings with them but I felt they were always on top of things. Their website is very comprehensive with info about the donors and lots of photos. The one thing that stood out for me was that AC stood behind their commitment to see you succeed and if you weren't successful on a cycle, they would allow you to choose another donor without having to pay another agency fee. That saved me $4,000. They completed each cycle with a detailed list of the expenses that the donor incurred and a return of any overage paid. I liked working with them.
