This agency was named when my clinic offered this route to finding a donor if their clinic pool didn't suit me. I was brand new to the process and knew nothing. I found a donor I liked on the TT website and proceeded to book her. The case worker at the time was excellent, Danielle, she held my hand and was so very helpful and professional. As with any business, the front line people can make all the difference. I had heard negative things about the donors who charged excessive comp, but my donor was right in line with the industry standard ($5k).
Danielle made all the travel arrangements for my donor and even facilitated email communication between me and my donor. I was very happy with the services provided by TT, and even after experiencing other agencies, I would still recommend them.
