I was working with them about a year ago. I was working with a lady named Cresta, who was soooo great!! In the middle of my cycle she starts her own agency and leaves NWED. And a lady named Janea takes over. She never returned my calls, usually took a few days to answer my emails. She lied over and over to me and my husband. I would NEVER suggest this agency to anyone!! And they are not in IL. they are in ID.

Janae is not dependable as a donor coordinator. Many things fell through the cracks in our cycle, some problems were major and inexcusable. If you are looking for a professional service, find another agency.

Just so wveryone knows Janae does not work at Nation Wide Egg Donation any longer and I have just completed a cycle there with Tiffany.
she was GREAT!! I have recommended them to everyone needing DE in our support group. Even our psychologist recommends them as an agency!
