A terrible experience that soured me on all agencies. The bottom line at this business is making money and they will manipulate the donor and the recipient in order to maximize their profit.
Perhaps that is fair enough--it's a business. But their fees are outrageous and they encourage the donors to ask for the highest possible fee, even when the donor is willing to cycle for less.
Their attitutde toward recipipents is contempt iced over by fake friendliness initially. Their primary coordidnator was awful, insulting and incompetent. In my experience they will manipulate or withold information that might be key to your decision about your donor and the results of your cycle.
Thre are many alternatives to this agency, please look somewhere else.
