If you are concerned about anonymity and escalating travel costs I wouldn't recommend this agency. They also don't update their database frequently enough.I called about several donors who showed availability and they were not. I don't think they have enough processes in place to make the agency run efficiently.

the day after I put a deposit on my donor, I checked the database and my donor's information was updated, I also frequently check the database and I am always finding new donors.

I have to agree that I haven't noticed a lot of changes in their database until really the last couple of days I saw some new donors. I haven't called about any so I'm not sure about the whole thing with availability. I do think their website is a pain to navigate. It would be nice just to be able to review who's new rather than go through the whole dbase all of the time. Anybody know if there's a way to do that ?
