I looked into different agencies and found CNG. I have a great relationship with Lisa. So far so good! I think every agency could have it's down points but from a donors point-of-view I am treated 100% better at CNG.

CNG
I switched to CNG from another agency. The other agency was horrible! I flew to another state to have testing done, they should of had my hotel booked and it wasn't. It was just one thing after another with them.
I looked into different agencies and found CNG. I have a great relationship with Lisa. So far so good! I think every agency could have it's down points but from a donors point-of-view I am treated 100% better at CNG.
