When it came time to find a donor, I researched every agency and their databases. I ended up finding a donor I really liked at X and Y but had never heard anything about them. But, because we liked the donor so much, we ended up going with them.
They have been so great! Every little detail... especially the customer service! And I am hard to please.
The fees are very good and very competitive. The agency is a \"pay by state\" agency so they get a certain fee depending on what state they live in no matter how many times the donor has donated. And it never goes beyond 5000.00.
