I have experienced similarly poor communication with this agency. Amy Demma seems like a slick salesperson to me - all talk, no action. She sucks you in and then disappears. As I was reading through these reviews (which I wish I saw BEFORE I contacted this agency), something interesting is standing out to me: It seems that as soon as someone posts a negative comment, within the same day there is a response from the agency and/or a positive comment posted in response, which is concerning to me and makes me think that the agency staff are posting these positive comments themselves.
See, for example, the posting dated Dec. 13th entitled \"Move On\" - you will notice that Amy, herself (!) responded on Dec. 15th and then exactly 30-40 minutes later another comment was posted by a Prospective Mother indicating a positive experience. Coincidence? I think not. Then on Nov. 29th another client posted a comment entitled \"Very Disappointed\" and a supposed donor posts a comment two hours later responding to that previous comment. Another coincidence?
I'm concerned that, based on the fact that Amy Demma herself responded to a post on Dec. 15th and there was a follow-up posting from a supposed client some minutes later, that the positive comments/postings in this string may not be from actual client or donor sources. This is a major disappointment indeed and seems very sneaky to me, if this is what is happening. It makes it difficult to trust the few positive comments posted about this agency.
I'm sticking to the theme of earlier postings about this agency: beware and MOVE ON! I don't think they're worth your time. :(
