We contracted with this agency for a donor we were told was available immediately. It turned out that she was not because she was involved in some sort of study that involved 2 donation cycles. I had to find this out from my RE, the agency did not tell me anything about it. In fact, I was told it was none of my business. From there on, it went down hill. Finally, after waiting for 6-7 months for this donor, we cut our losses and went to another agency. Things went very smoothly after that and I am now pregnant. But I cannot recommend this agency to anyone.
