My spouse and I were looking into working with this clinic at a Canadian Clinic until we found out the following information which greatly concerned us.

After weeks of reasearch we find that much of this is true. Proceed with caution.

Whoever wrote such seemingly misleading and incorrect information should really be ashamed of themselves. If you really would have done any research on this company or the owner, you would find what me and my husband found, the most positive experience. We had just completed a cycle with the agency, and it was the most wonderful experience. We had one failed cycle with another agency before and interviewed many other agencies prior to that as well, however the level of professionalism, honesty cannot even be compared. Rita, the donor coordinator is highly pleasant, honest, responsible, personable and professional. She was always available for us, our clinic and our donor. Whoever posted such nasty, false statements is mistaken obviously or may have another agenda. Rita and her agency adhere to the most ethical standards. Obviously, if you have ever dealt with her or the agency, you would arrive at same positive conclusion as we have. We recommended her to several others and all are completely satisfied. The clinic just loved working with her, they said she made our cycle go stress free and as smoothly as possible. It appears that the negative review is biased for some reason or another, perhaps a shameless competitor.
