Could you please let me know what you did not like about ARR? We are in the process of using them and are having some issues. We are wondering if it's just us, or an ongoing problem with this agency.

MyOreo--my experience is only with ARR in Michigan. There's obviously a big difference between them. Debra (in Michigan) is very professional and always returned my calls very promptly. She also communicated with our clinic regarding some problems and helped straighten them out. I'm sorry you are frustrated. The one thing I can say about them as whole is that the attorney we used here told us she felt that the contracts were very well written and they did cover everything well. What sort of problems are you having besides communication? C

we're indian, and she suggested that a brazilian would work - dark skin, dark hair. Clueless!!

But all the agencies are pimping the donors.
