I was a donor with them and didnt feel at all taken care of.
I didnt even get so much as a phone call after the ER. It was very impersonal and discouraging as a donor. My main contact was with the clinic rather the agency. I feel bad that my IP's paid them a bunch of money for a whole lot of nothing other than our match.

I have reason to believe that you were never a donor in my agency and simply someone out to cause trouble.

(Or otherwise you have me confused with another agency with a similar name)

I have never had a complaint from any one of my donors that I am aware of, otherwise they wouldnt come back to work with me again.

I absolutely spend the majority of my time keeping in more contact with the donors than I do anyone else, because I need to make sure they understand, and they dont have problems.

If you were truely a donor of mine, Im confident, you would have been happy with my service, or at least been honest with me, if you felt I had not given you all the attention you needed. Then, you would have gone elsewhere.

All of the donors who have worked with me and had decided to do additional cycles, stayed with me, so I know this is impossible.

So it then begs the questions \"who are you?\" and \"why do you feel the need to cause trouble? \"

i was a donor with fa, and the only person i was ever in contact with was dawn. she sent me an email almost every day when i was taking meds and several times after the procedure to make sure i was feeling okay. i felt like dawn was concerned about my health as well as having a successful procedure. i think this person is making stuff up as well. also, the sentence, \"my main contact was with the clinic rather the agency,\" doesn't even make sense.

That specific post has got to be a mistake, Fertility Alternatives is an incredibly organized agency and Dawn is in constant contact with both recipients and donors. I have been a 2X donor and I have received impecable service from Dawn, she's caring, organized and knows exactly what she is doing. She has a fantastic reputation among doctors and donors and I have only heard positive remarks about FA INC. Why would she be able to retain so many repeat donors if she ( and her agency) was anything but organized, thorough and caring. Like I said earlier, it has got to be a mistake.

I have worked with Dawn on two cycles now and am in absolute disagreement with the statements made by this 'supposed donor'. I had a very positive experience with Dawn and found her to always be responsive. I worked with another agency in the past and I can safely say that Dawn’s services far surpassed my previous experience. The fact that she is a 'one man show' means that you aren't passed on to someone who lacks the experience and caring nature she has. I was in touch with her regularly during my cycle and have been ever since. She is smart, informed, caring, and very attentive; to say otherwise would simply be untrue.
