In May the . created a list of requirements for tissue donors - which includes egg and sperm donors. The . requires donors to be screened for various infectious diseases and STDs and requires this screening to be completed within 30 days of retrieval. Anyone reading this should be sure to read the information at both links Monica provided. They are not redundant. The first contains the bulk of the new regulations in draft form, and the second addresses changes made when the rules were implemented.
