1. Exceptional Mental Health, Emotional Stability & Emotional Intelligence

3. Exceptional Demonstrated Intelligence - with emphasis on math/science - preferably college graduate from an Ivy school, high GPA and test scores (1300+ SAT, 30+ ACT)
