We have had a great experience so far with TDS. Although I had to switch coordinators during selection process, it wasn't a problem and the switch was because we decided to use a new clinic in a different geographic region. Their fees are comparable to other SoCal agencies and they have a great selection of donors. Our coordinator has done everything possible to expedite things so we can cycle as soon as possible.
I was a little put off by the fact that they seemed to push one particular clinic when I was deciding where to go (perhaps this has to do with ownership issues or maybe it's just a coordinators particular experience with clinic) but when I decided to use a different clinic than the more strongly recommended one, they were great and it turns out that they've worked with my clinic before and the DE coordinator at the clinic had nothing but good things to say about them.
I suppose there are good and bad things about almost all agencies but I wanted to give some positive feedback on TDS. The very small complaints I have do nothing to diminish my positive experience.
