I am in the beginning of my DE process at TT and they have been great. I always get contacted both by email and phone within an hour if I have a question. I haven't started my actual cycle yet so don't have any feedback about how they are during that process but so far I am very impressed with the service.

I am a new donor with this agency also and so far so good. Great communication.
