I would recommend staying away from this agency if you can!!! Had a terrible experience and ended up going elsewhere. Stephanie is incredibly unresponsive and unprofessional - it takes weeks to hear back from her.

It's definitely one of those instances where the agency is very responsive and friendly until they get your business and stops making reasonable efforts after that.

There are SO MANY bad things that happened to me as a result from working with Extraordinary Conceptions! I don't want to mention them because I don't want to be identified. But I urge you - don't work with them, you'll regret it.

Wow - I'm really shocked to hear such a negative review. So far I've only heard really good things...and had a good experience myself. Can you be more specific about what went wrong so we know what to look out for?

I have not found that to be the case at all. They will frequently call me and email on off hours just so we can connect.

I have to agree with Hoping. Communication is one of the things they do best - always returning calls and e-mails right away.

That's why I wish the original poster would be more specific. It just doesn't sound like the same agency.
