I had a bad experience with their website being inaccurate...and the rep being very evasive and lying about it. Very odd, made me feel like I could not trust the agency.

I also asked about several donors that were supposedly available and was emailed that they no longer were an option. Then I would go back on the website and, mysteriously, they had just been listed as \"not available\". I wondered if it was really even a donor! I have also seen donors listed as previous donors and it resulting in a pregnancy and then them telling me it was an \"error\" on their website. Makes you wonder.
