I am currently in my second cycle with them and I couldn't be happier!! Wendie is the best and ALWAYS gets back to me within a few hours and is always on top of everything. I haven't had much experience with anyone else at the agency so I can't say much about anyone other than Wendie.
They also have a great relationship with my physician and the donor coordinator at the clinic and it makes a BIG difference!
The only complaint I really have with them is in regards to the travel agent they use. She doesn't maintain any communication at all with the donor in regards to what travel plans she is making and literally waits until the last minute (the night before the flight is scheduled to leave) to inform them of what travel arrangements she has made. She also doesn't pay attention to any special requests that the donor might have such as needing someplace to store meds that must be kept cool in the hotel room.
