I just can't believe these negative stories. I worked with them last year and am now pregnant with twins! From my first phone call until the blessed news, they were unbelievably helpful and compassionate. These people at Egg Donation went out of their way to help me as I went through a terribly emotional time. They even worked with me for months without asking for their retainer fee! When I looked at other agencies, they wanted an upfront payment before you could even look at their donors. At this agency, they give you free access and will even work with you to find a donor without ever having to pay them at all! Unheard of. And when things got really tight, they waived a portion of their fee to make sure we would be able to complete our cycle.
I just don't understand how my experience can be so different. I know they are under new ownership and management so maybe that is the reason. But I could not have asked for a better, more professional and caring group of people then the staff at this company. They just made everything so easy for me and took care of everything. I just do not think any other agency would have done what they did for my husband and me and without their kindness, we wouldn't be expecting our family now.
