No kidding, they were rude (covered up by a veiled, unsuccessful attempt at being professional). Now I've spoken to some agencies that just don't respond or seem disorganized, but I felt like Amy spoke down to us in a way that didn't work for me. We'll be looking elsewhere and should have known better since we've heard bad things about Prospective Families. My suggestion: choose a different agency.
