I have been emailing back & forth with one of their reps and she has been extremely forthcoming with information. She always answers my emails in a timely fashion.
Their fees are reasonable and so are the fees of even their proven donors.
When we are in a financial position to pursue DE (hopefully before the end of the year!), Giving Hope will definitely be at the top of our list based on this initial exchange of info.
