Im currently in my second cycle with Ed Inc. I work and go to school which makes my time limiting, but they have been so wonderful and cooperative with me to make things run smooth. They treat me as a priority every time I call. They are constantly e-mailing me to make sure Im on schedule and to make sure Im ok. I know all of them on a first name basis which makes things more personal and comfortable. Things never take very long to get a response to, maybe a couple days at most, but dont forget they have to contact other people usually to get the answers to your questions. Any questions I have about the doctor or recipient couple they have to get that info before they respond. That's another plus because I trust they are 100% honest in everything and dont just tell me something right then and there. They're not out to just make random matches that will be quick and easy. They take the time to match up what the couple's looking for and what the recipient is looking for in a couple. It took months before I was matched with a couple, and at first I didn't understand what took so long. Then I went to my first doctor's appointment (the couple had already been), and the nurse looked at me for several seconds and said she couldn't believe the . I had with the recipient mother. She said I looked as though I couldve been her daughter. That was when I realized what a great job Ed Inc. did matching us, because even the staff took a minute to compliment their efforts. I would only recommend them to both donors and recipient couples. If they're this great with the donors I have no doubt they're amazing in every aspect.
