We used this agency in 2001 and were very happy. Bob Nichols is an attorney, father of ED children himself and very pleasant and knowledgeable man. I remember the wait was about 4 months or so - no database in those days but files sent over by mail. Our first choice was not available. Our second, about a month later was and all went smooth and without any problems. He made sure all the legal paperwork was drawn up. I think they grew a lot over the years and became very busy. Based on our personal experience I can wholeheartedly recommend this agency.
