Very good expirience
I used CEO 3 years ago and was very happy with the donor - I have 2 DD's from the cycle. I especially like that you can look at the donors they have before committing to any $$.
I used them and...
had a very bad experience...they lied to me about a proven donor that I paid extra for....she was proven just 8 years earlier... :(
