I am very surprised that people have negative comments to say about Andrea or CNG. I was a donor with them for a few years and have had multiple successful donations and experiences with the agency. I even had an IP ask me to cycle again through CNG, which leads me to believe that they must have been happy with the service Andrea provided as well.
I honestly do not one bad thing to say about Andrea, she has always been on top of everything, she kept me informed at all times, answered her personal phone at all hours when I was in a cycle and she has ALWAYS been nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and honest!
As far as costs, we as donors are given a set amount of money per day which the IP have agreed to in a written contract; I have never been given more. She always gave me a sheet that had all the costs broken down and then asked for receipts after I cycled.
