Donor database is relatively small and didn't have many proven donors. We'd heard a positive recommendation about the agency but we didn't have the same experience. Communication is not great and they failed to follow through on some basics, like making sure the donor signed the agreement, until they were reminded by us. And this is an agency that makes the donor the priority, not the recipient. If you use them, be sure to look out for your own best interests rather than relying on them.
