The owner still is involved, at least she was last summer when I was dealing with this agency. IMO, the contract with the agency is very,very aggressive and non-negtionable. From t=other contracts I have seen from several other agencies this contract is NOT the \"agency standard.\" The fees are high, I thought \"Wendy\" was horrible, and I didnt like the owner pushing her viewpoint on disclosure and the number of embryos to transfer. The lawyer I was referred to for the contract with the donor wouldn't make any changes to that contract because the owner wouldnt permit it. I was also a little put off by the owner referring to my RE by his first name. (I know that is small thing, but her ego is pretty big). When my cycle failed I got a computer generated form letter \"Dear_____\" with my name handwritten in. On the other hand, the gals I dealt with in picking a donor were very helpful.
